David C. Johnson

David C. Johnson, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of Virginia Beach Law Group. His practice covers real estate law, estate planning, family law, business matters, and criminal defense law. He represents individuals, families, service members, and businesses in legal matters involving property transactions, estate planning, disputes, family-related concerns, and criminal defense. His approach draws on decades of leadership and legal experience.

David earned a B.S. from Montana State University, an M.S. from the U.S. Army War College, and a J.D. from Regent University School of Law. His education, combined with his military background, provided the foundation for his legal practice involving litigation, transactions, and client representation.

David served for 25 years in the US Marine Corps before pursuing his legal career. He has practiced law since 2005, handling matters involving real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, family law disputes, business issues, and criminal defense. His military experience includes leadership roles that shaped his approach to legal strategy, preparation, and advocacy.

David C. Johnson is admitted to practice in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Beach Bar Association, and Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association. Through Virginia Beach Law Group, he assists clients with legal matters involving real estate, estates, family issues, business concerns, and criminal defense throughout Virginia.
