Mike McCollum

Mike McCollum is a Virginia business attorney and partner at Kaleo Legal. His practice focuses on startups, entrepreneurs, corporate transactions, intellectual property law, securities law, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He advises early-stage and high-growth companies on legal matters involving business formation, private equity offerings, and growth strategies. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Richmond, where he teaches courses involving business and intellectual property law, including advising entrepreneurs and drafting intellectual property transactions.
