Monique Molina Hammond is an accomplished attorney recognized for her dedication to helping individuals and businesses across East Texas with their legal needs. Monique began her academic journey at Duke University, where she attended on a full academic scholarship. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Chemistry, establishing a foundation of analytical thinking and precision that continues to define her work. She then earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Baylor University School of Law. While there, she was on the Dean’s List, a member of the Order of the Barristers, and received the Best Brief Award in her Appellate Advocacy Class. She also competed on the National Moot Court Competition Team for IT and Privacy Law and served on the Board of the Women’s Legal Society.

Monique gained early experience as a law clerk with multiple respected organizations, including the United States Attorney’s Office, Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez L.L.P., and Clint James, PC. Her dedication and performance quickly earned her a position as an associate attorney, where she developed her practice in the same core areas she continues to serve today.
