Frank Roberts

Frank Roberts is a seasoned attorney with a distinguished legal career spanning more than five decades. His practice centers on real estate, probate, estate planning, and business law, where his insight and professionalism have guided clients through complex legal matters. Frank’s broad experience includes representing municipalities, corporations, and families with the same unwavering dedication and integrity.

Frank earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1962, followed by an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1965. The same year, he was licensed to practice before the Texas Supreme Court, marking the beginning of his accomplished legal journey. His early service as a Judge Advocate and Captain in the U.S. Air Force—where he received the Joint Service Commendation Medal in 1968—set the foundation for his lifelong commitment to excellence and discipline in the legal field.

Frank served as attorney for several key Central Texas entities, including Bell County WCID #1 from 1975 to 1995, Killeen Independent School District from 1981 to 1994, and the City of Harker Heights from 1984 to 1989. His leadership extended beyond client representation as he became President of the Bell, Lampasas, Mills County Bar Association in 1974–1975 and later a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Frank has been honored as one of Texas’ Top AV-Rated Lawyers by ALM/Martindale-Hubbell in 2012 and maintains an AV® Peer Review Rating, reflecting the highest level of professional ability and ethics. His contributions include service on various State Bar of Texas committees, such as the Lawyer Referral and Grievance Committees, as well as participation in professional associations, including the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section.
