Monica J. Vozakis

Monica J. Vozakis has built her legal career on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate important planning and transactional matters. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has focused her practice on estate planning, trust administration, probate, business law, and real estate. Her dedication ensures clients receive comprehensive guidance that protects both assets and legacies.

Monica earned her B.S. in Business, cum laude, from Utah State University before attending the University of Wyoming College of Law. She received her J.D. with honors in 2008, graduating at the top of her class and becoming a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Wyoming Law Review and authored a published scholarship.

Monica began her legal career as a law clerk at the Utah Court of Appeals, working with Judge Gregory Orme and Judge Michele Christiansen Forster from 2008 to 2012. This experience refined her legal research and advocacy skills, preparing her for a strong practice in both Wyoming and Utah. Her work has since emphasized providing personalized solutions to meet clients’ estate and business needs.

In addition to her professional practice, Monica has actively served the legal community. She has held roles with the Wyoming Lawyer Editorial Committee, the Board of Continuing Legal Education, Equal Justice Wyoming, and the Uinta County Bar Association, where she served as President of the Bar in 2014. She is also a member of the Utah Bar Association and Women Lawyers of Utah, contributing to broader professional development and access to justice.
