Erika M. Nash

Erika M. Nash is a partner with Long Reimer Winegar LLP, whose practice emphasizes real estate and land use, as well as civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Since joining the firm in 2008 and becoming partner in 2012, she has developed extensive experience handling residential and commercial property transactions, conservation easements, and disputes involving property rights, tax appeals, and corporate matters.

Erika earned her B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Wyoming in 2001, followed by her J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005. She is admitted to the Wyoming State Bar and licensed to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. District Court of Wyoming, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. These credentials allow her to represent clients effectively in both trial and appellate forums.

Erika represents clients in district courts across Wyoming and has argued cases before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and sales, banking and corporate law, employment law, probate and estate administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Known for her attention to detail, Erika is recognized for successfully handling both routine cases and highly complex legal issues.

Erika is equally committed to service in the legal profession and her community. She is a past president of the Teton County Bar Association, has served multiple terms on the Wyoming State Bar’s Committee on Resolution of Fee Disputes, and is Vice President of the Wyoming State Bar Foundation. She also helped establish the Teton County Access to Justice Center and continues to serve on the Women’s Law Forum Committee.
