Erika M. Nash is a partner with Long Reimer Winegar LLP, whose practice emphasizes real estate and land use, as well as civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Since joining the firm in 2008 and becoming partner in 2012, she has developed extensive experience handling residential and commercial property transactions, conservation easements, and disputes involving property rights, tax appeals, and corporate matters.
Erika earned her B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Wyoming in 2001, followed by her J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005. She is admitted to the Wyoming State Bar and licensed to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. District Court of Wyoming, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. These credentials allow her to represent clients effectively in both trial and appellate forums.
Erika’s career includes representation in district courts across Wyoming as well as appearances before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Erika’s work encompasses real estate acquisitions and dispositions, banking and corporate law, employment matters, probate and estate administration, as well as guardianship and conservatorship cases. She has earned recognition for her ability to handle both straightforward and highly complex matters with precision.
Erika is equally committed to service in the legal profession and her community. She is a past president of the Teton County Bar Association, has served multiple terms on the Wyoming State Bar’s Committee on Resolution of Fee Disputes, and is Vice President of the Wyoming State Bar Foundation. She also helped establish the Teton County Access to Justice Center and continues to serve on the Women’s Law Forum Committee.
