Moisés Saltiel

Moisés Saltiel is the Managing Partner of Saltiel Law Group, which he founded in 2018 to represent local and international investors and entrepreneurs. With more than 10 years of experience, his practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, and cross-border transactions. He advises foreign clients entering the U.S. market and helps businesses with formation, structuring, compliance, fundraising, contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters. His work supports companies through growth, investment, and complex commercial decisions across domestic and international markets with clear guidance.

Saltiel earned a B.B.A. in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he gained practical experience through the FIU Business Law Clinic and an internship with the Coral Gables City Attorney’s Office. His education combined legal training with business and finance, preparing him to advise companies on transactions, securities, regulatory requirements, corporate structure, and investment matters, with strategic judgment for sophisticated domestic and cross-border business needs.

Saltiel has represented domestic and international clients in hundreds of transactions involving contract negotiations, business formation, franchise and licensing agreements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, SEC disclosures, and investor agreements. He advises startups, venture capital groups, and private equity funds on capital raising and corporate structuring. His litigation work includes contract disputes, franchise conflicts, commercial debts, employment matters, fraud, and business torts. He has handled appeals before Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for clients.

Moisés Saltiel is fluent in English and Spanish and regularly speaks at international seminars and professional events. He belongs to the Hispanic National Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Puerto Rican Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association. He was recognized as a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2025, marking his fifth consecutive year receiving the Rising Star distinction.
