A La Porte native, Mo’s academic achievements reflect his early commitment to excellence. He graduated from La Porte High School at age 16, earned his B.A. from the University of Houston by age 20, and went on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Licensed to practice law since 2007, he has since demonstrated exceptional leadership, both inside and outside the courtroom.
In addition to managing his firm, Mo serves as the Presiding Judge for the City of Alvin and the City of Arcola, where his fair-minded and principled decisions underscore his dedication to justice.
