Misty Wilson Borkowski is a Partner at Hall Booth Smith’s Little Rock office, where she concentrates her legal practice on employment-based immigration law. She represents employers and individuals in complex immigration matters involving H-2A visas, J-1 waivers, L-1 and H-1B petitions, and naturalization, with a particular focus on agricultural and seasonal labor compliance.

Misty earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the same institution. She further enhanced her global perspective through independent legal studies at Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain.

Fluent in Spanish, Misty brings cultural fluency and legal precision to every case. Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, she served as a designated attorney for the Mexican Consulate under the PALE Program. She held leadership roles with the Little Rock Sister Cities Commission. She has also taught Immigration Law as an adjunct professor at the Bowen School of Law.

Misty is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
