Miranda L. Soucie

Miranda L. Soucie is an accomplished trial attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex personal injury and civil litigation. She focuses her practice on cases involving medical malpractice, automobile and trucking crashes, nursing home neglect, birth injuries, workplace accidents, and defective drugs and devices. Licensed in Illinois, Florida, and federal courts, Miranda is known for her strategic advocacy and commitment to justice for the injured.

Miranda earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.A., with High Honors, from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. During law school, she excelled in Advanced Legal Research, served on the Trial Advocacy Team, and received Pro Bono Notation for her volunteer service. Her academic excellence and practical training laid a strong foundation for her distinguished career in litigation and client advocacy.

Miranda has achieved outstanding courtroom results, securing millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients. Her leadership and dedication have been recognized through numerous honors, including Super Lawyers, Leading Lawyers, and the Illinois State Bar Association’s Young Lawyer of the Year Award. She also received the 7th Amendment Award from the American Association for Justice for her efforts to protect the right to trial by jury. A respected leader in the legal community, Miranda L. Soucie serves on the Board of Governors for the AAJ’s Women Trial Lawyers Caucus and the executive board of the East Central Illinois Women Attorneys Association.
