Joseph Rocco Jones

Joseph Rocco Jones is a partner at the Law Office of Ball & Yorke, where he represents clients in employment disputes, wage and hour cases, personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith matters. Joseph Jones earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law, graduating first in his class and receiving fourteen Witkin Legal Institute Awards. During law school, he won the Richard Abbe Moot Court Competition and served as President of the Student Bar Association. He also holds a B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education from La Salle University, where he attended on a full scholarship and honed his skills in communication and debate.

In addition to his legal practice, Joseph serves as an adjunct professor at the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law, teaching Torts, Remedies, Advanced Legal Writing, and Professional Skills. He has also taught paralegal courses at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His passion for teaching reflects his commitment to advancing the legal profession and mentoring future attorneys.

Admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, Joseph Rocco Jones is a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Women Lawyers of Ventura County.
