Miles B. Berger

Miles B. Berger, Esq., of counsel at Romano & Associates, PLLC, is a Charleston-based attorney with extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on serious personal injury, labor and employment matters, real property disputes, property damage, insurance bad faith claims, and general tort law. Miles earned his B.A., cum laude, in History from North Carolina State University in 2004, with minors in Sociology and Botany. He went on to receive his M.A. in History in 2005 and his J.D. in 2012 from West Virginia University. This academic background, which combines humanities and legal training, prepared him for a career characterized by analytical precision and strong advocacy for clients across a broad range of matters.

Since joining Romano & Associates in 2013, Miles has represented clients in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injuries to contract disputes. He has defended employers in labor claims, pursued insurance companies for bad faith practices, and litigated property and damage claims. His ability to work on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants gives him a unique perspective and balance in litigation strategy, ensuring his clients are well-prepared for every phase of their case.
