Michelle Poblenz

Michelle Poblenz is a Texas attorney with 25 years of experience guiding clients through challenging legal matters. She represents individuals in family law, criminal defense, and traffic cases with a steady focus and clear direction. Michelle completed her college education at the University of North Texas. She then attended Texas A&M University School of Law for her Juris Doctor. After earning her law degree, she was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1997. Her academic background built the foundation for her long-standing legal career.

Michelle began her legal path as an Intern at the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Division from 1997 – 1998. She later served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office from 1998 – 2008. During that decade, she gained practical knowledge of courtroom procedure and the criminal justice system.

Michelle represents clients in matters ranging from misdemeanor traffic tickets to serious felony charges. She also handles family law cases, helping individuals address divorce, custody, and related disputes. By explaining realistic outcomes and available strategies, she prepares clients for both the legal and personal impact of their cases.
