Stephen Rue

Stephen Rue is a Louisiana attorney known for his dedication to clients across the state. For nearly three decades, he has represented individuals and families in personal injury, family law, and criminal matters. His practice is built on hard work, strong values, and personal attention.

Stephen earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. After graduation, he worked at a downtown firm representing Lloyd’s of London and other insurance companies. He later chose to represent injured victims instead, founding his own firm to help people.

Stephen focuses heavily on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has represented thousands of clients in car wrecks, truck collisions, bus accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and toxic tort claims. His firm has secured numerous multi-million-dollar trial judgments and settlements.

Stephen also has extensive experience in divorce, child custody, and family law cases.
