Michele Power

Michele Power is a respected Alaska personal injury attorney with decades of experience fighting for clients across the state. For nearly 40 years, she has called Alaska home and has built a strong reputation for representing clients in every judicial district, including the Alaska Court of Appeals and the Alaska Supreme Court. Michele focuses her practice on cases involving personal injury and wrongful death, including serious motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle and airplane crashes, maritime accidents, sexual abuse, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Michele earned her B.S. from Oregon State University and her M.Ed. from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she made the dean’s list and gained valuable practical experience through the school’s clinical program. Before entering the legal field, Michele worked as a certified teacher in both Oregon and Alaska.

Throughout her law career, Michele has helped clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, internal injuries, broken bones, disfigurement, or the loss of a loved one. She takes a direct, no-nonsense approach and stands up to insurance companies and big business to hold them accountable for negligent or wrongful conduct.
