Micheal L. Littlejohn Jr. is a respected advocate in employment law and civil rights litigation, offering strategic representation to clients across Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and the broader Raleigh-Durham region. Micheal earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington, where he also competed on the men’s basketball team. Micheal L. Littlejohn Jr. also leads civil rights litigation involving police misconduct, fair housing discrimination, and Title IX sex-based discrimination in education. Through a results-driven practice, he challenges systemic inequities and defends the civil liberties of those impacted by institutional bias and abuse.
