Michal Lipshitz

Michal Lipshitz is a Senior Associate at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. in the firm’s Manhattan office. Her practice concentrates on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Trusts and Estates, probate and estate administration, special needs planning, and related long-term care matters. She works with clients on planning and administration issues that can involve asset protection, fiduciary responsibilities, court proceedings, public benefits eligibility, and the legal steps required to preserve and transfer property effectively.

Lipshitz earned a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Mediation Clinic, completed an externship with Judge Esther Morganstern in the Kings County Supreme Court Integrated Domestic Violence Division, and interned with law firms handling Family Law and Trusts and Estates matters. Her legal education provided practical exposure to negotiation, court procedure, client counseling, and the planning issues that remain central to her current elder law and trusts practice.
