Pinni Bohm

Pinni Bohm is the founder of Bohm Law Firm and focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, health care proxies, Medicaid asset protection planning, probate, and related real estate law. He helps individuals and families organize assets, plan for incapacity, address tax considerations, and navigate Surrogate’s Court matters. His practice includes sophisticated estate planning as well as contested proceedings involving wills and the administration of estates.

Bohm earned a B.S. in Business, Management, and Finance, summa cum laude, from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he focused on taxation and received the James Lewis Award for outstanding work in tax law. He later earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Bohm has developed multimillion-dollar estate plans and handled numerous Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including probate matters and will contests. His background includes work with New York City law firms, the New York City Law Department Tax Division, and the Cardozo Tax Clinic. He also handles real estate transactions, allowing him to address property issues that intersect with estate planning, wealth transfer, probate, and long-term asset management.
