Michaela Quinlan is an associate attorney at the Bagley Law Firm who focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, and family law matters. Her practice includes handling complex disputes and domestic relations cases, such as divorce, child custody, and post-decree family law matters.
Michaela earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law while simultaneously completing a Master of Public Health. She graduated from both programs with honors. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and history from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
In her legal practice, Michaela represents clients in complex civil litigation and personal injury claims. She also assists individuals and families with domestic relations matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree modifications, restraining orders, adoptions, and other family law issues.
Earlier in her career, Michaela gained experience handling family law matters in Colorado’s 6th Judicial District while working with a family law-focused firm. This role helped her develop practical courtroom and case-management skills while representing clients in a wide range of family law disputes.
Michaela also served as corporate counsel for T-Mobile, where she worked on regulatory affairs across several western states. In that role, she worked with state utility commissions on regulatory compliance and assisted with drafting and proposing industry legislation and policy initiatives.
Michaela Quinlan has also provided pro bono representation as a children’s immigration attorney with Kids in Need of Defense. In that role, she helped represent children in proceedings before the United States Immigration Court, supporting access to legal representation for vulnerable individuals.
