Michael S. Sutton is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 45 years of legal experience focused on personal injury and insurance defense matters. He is known for steady judgment, strong ethics, and practical strategies. Michael S. Mike earned a B.A. in 1977 from California State University, Fullerton. He later obtained his J.D. 1980 Loyola University School of Law. His academic path reflects steady dedication to the study of law and the development of strong analytical and advocacy skills that continue to guide his legal practice.

Mike is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the United States District Court (Northern, Central, Southern, Eastern Districts). He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals – Ninth Circuit. Over the years, he has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in multiple states, including Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Colorado.
