About

Michael Rose is a skilled Anchorage-based attorney with a practice dedicated to civil litigation and trial work. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, from complex business litigation to appellate advocacy. He has appeared in both state and federal courts throughout Alaska, including before the Alaska Supreme Court.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2009. As a student, he led UAA’s acclaimed Speech and Debate Team to victories across the United States and internationally, including a national championship. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2012, where he received CALI Awards for excellence in Advanced Evidence and Conflicts of Laws.

Since beginning his practice, Michael has been committed to advocating for his clients with precision and determination. Early in his career, he was part of a trial team that achieved a $51.3 million verdict in a significant business litigation case, establishing his reputation as a capable and effective litigator. His work spans numerous civil matters, with a consistent focus on protecting clients’ interests in challenging disputes.

Beyond his litigation practice, Michael has been recognized for his leadership and service. In 2016, he was honored with the University of Alaska Anchorage’s prestigious “Emerging Leader” Alumni of Distinction Award. He has also contributed to his community through roles such as Treasurer of the Sand Lake Community Council and as President of Friends of Seawolf Debate.

With a strong record of advocacy, academic excellence, and community involvement, Michael Rose continues to serve Alaskans with dedication, ensuring that his clients receive trusted representation in complex legal matters.
