Michael N. Gieg

Michael N. Gieg, Esq., is a partner at Gieg & Jancula, LLC, continuing a long family legacy in the legal profession. He joined the firm in 2014 as an associate, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. After his father’s passing in 2016, he became a partner and helped guide the firm through its transition to its current name in 2022. His work focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and real estate matters.

Mr. Gieg earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School, his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Allegheny College. His combined training in law and business strengthens his ability to analyze complex financial information, structure effective estate plans, and advise clients on significant property and asset decisions. His education supports a professional approach centered on clarity, accuracy, and strong decision-making.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Gieg worked as a Derivatives Operations Specialist at BNY Mellon, focusing on international securities. This experience provided him with valuable insight into financial operations, risk analysis, and transactional processes. Today, he applies these skills to guide clients through estate and real estate matters with confidence and precision. He has also been a licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent since 2021, further expanding his ability to support real estate transactions.
