Michael K. Hollinger is an experienced attorney and associate at Rowe Law Offices, P.C., where he focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, and estates. Mr. Hollinger earned his B.S., cum laude, in Political Science and History from the University of Scranton. He went on to receive his J.D., with honors, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he served as External Managing Editor of the Law Review. His academic success, paired with early legal training, set the foundation for a career built on precision, discipline, and effective legal writing.
Mr. Hollinger began his career as the Judicial Law Clerk, President Judge Scott D. Keller of the Common Pleas’ Berks County Court. In this role, he gained hands-on experience with complex legal issues and courtroom procedures. He later entered private practice, where he developed deep expertise in family law, criminal defense, estates, and workers’ compensation litigation.
Mr. Hollinger has his clients’ reliance for years for both assertive representation and clear communication. In 2009, he opened his own firm and spent the next decade handling hundreds of cases across multiple counties. He also argued appeals before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts, strengthening his background in both trial and appellate advocacy.
Michael K. Hollinger later returned to public service as a primary judicial law clerk to more than a dozen Senior Judges statewide. Today, at Rowe Law Offices, P.C., he continues to bring strong litigation skills, focused strategy, and dependable support to every client he represents.
