Michael Louis Kelly

Michael Louis Kelly is a nationally respected trial lawyer known for his work in personal injury, wrongful death, class actions, mass torts, and auto defect litigation. Mr. Kelly earned his B.A. from Seattle University and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, he served on the Idaho Law Review, first as a member, then as a Comments Editor, and later as a member of the Board of Editors. His strong academic background helped shape the analytical and writing skills that support his litigation work today.

Mr. Kelly has handled complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, aviation accidents, and nationwide class actions since starting at Kirtland & Packard LLP in 1978. He has tried cases in California, across the United States, and in several international jurisdictions. His work often involves coordinating with leading aviation and medical negligence experts to build clear, compelling cases for clients.
