Gavril T. Gabriel

Gavril “Gav” Gabriel is a dedicated civil litigation and employment lawyer known for his strong advocacy and results-driven approach. Gav earned his J.D. from Whittier Law School, where he made the Dean’s List, excelled in Legal Writing, and concentrated in Sports Law and International Law. He further developed his legal foundation through practical training as a judicial clerk and certified law clerk. He holds a B.S. in Global Business from the University of Redlands.

Gav has a legal career, including valuable experience across multiple roles that shaped his approach to advocacy. He served as a Judicial Clerk for the Orange County Superior Court, gaining insight into court operations and judicial decision-making. As a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in Torrance, he supported prosecutors and strengthened his understanding of trial work. Gav also spent nearly seven years at the litigation firm Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder, and Caspino before becoming a partner at Construction Claims Law Group. Since founding The Law Offices of Gavril T. Gabriel, he has focused on helping clients resolve employment disputes, navigate business conflicts, and recover compensation in personal injury matters.
