Michael L. He also serves as vice president and general counsel to Charter Title Company, LLC, where he regularly works on title insurance coverage for multisite, multimillion-dollar commercial transactions involving energy, industrial, and timberland properties in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Michael L. Lane has earned recognition from Chambers USA for real estate and timberland or conservation work, along with honors from New England Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. He serves on the Maine Bar Association Title Standards Committee and the Maine Technology Institute’s Advanced Technologies for Forestry and Agriculture Board.
