Michael L. Goldberg

Michael L. Goldberg is a partner at Fried Goldberg LLC and a nationally recognized trial attorney representing victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. His practice is devoted primarily to trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, where he has achieved outstanding results for clients. Serving victims across the Southeast, he has been lead counsel on more than fifteen verdicts exceeding one million dollars, demonstrating both his skill and dedication to justice.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Mercer University in 1994, where he also played Division I basketball. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997. Licensed to practice in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee, he has built a distinguished career advocating for accident victims in some of the most challenging and complex personal injury cases.

Michael’s accomplishments have earned him significant professional recognition. In 2013, he was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the most prestigious honors in the legal profession and reserved for less than one percent of attorneys.

Michael has been named among Georgia’s Top 100 Lawyers in Super Lawyers every year since 2013, and was previously recognized as one of the state’s top lawyers under 40 by the Fulton County Daily Report. His expertise also extends to legal scholarship, as he is editor of the Library of Georgia Personal Injury Forms and co-author of Understanding Motor Carrier Claims.
