Francisco “Frank” Guerra IV is a highly respected attorney recognized for his decades of trial experience across Texas and nationwide. Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in 1992, where he served as Commander of Squadron 15 and became the first Hispanic Commander of the Ross Volunteer Company. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996, further sharpening his legal foundation.

Frank gained valuable early experience as an intern to Justice John Cornyn of the Supreme Court of Texas and later to Professor Charles Alan Wright, a leading authority on constitutional law and federal procedure. During law school, he excelled in national mock trial competitions, ultimately being inducted into The Order of Barristers, an honor recognizing outstanding advocacy skills.

Frank began his practice in insurance defense and civil litigation, managing a South Texas office where he frequently tried jury cases. His extensive courtroom experience prepared him to handle high-stakes matters, including wrongful death and major injury cases. Over time, he became widely recognized for securing significant verdicts, including one that ranked among the largest in Arizona.

Frank is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is fluent in Spanish, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse client base. His professional honors include recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer across multiple years, inclusion among the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Texas, and induction into the American Board of Trial Advocates.
