Michael J. Rosnick

Michael J. Rosnick has practiced law in Connecticut since 2000, concentrating on civil trial matters with an emphasis on personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. His work covers motor vehicle and motorcycle crashes, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases, premises injuries, and dog bite incidents. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for guiding clients through complex and often difficult legal situations.

Michael began his studies at Skidmore College, completing his bachelor’s degree in 1996. He then attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2000. That same year, he was admitted to the Connecticut Bar, later extending his practice in 2007 to the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.

Michael’s courtroom background includes appearances before the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Connecticut Appellate Court. He has also represented clients in numerous trials in the Connecticut Superior Court and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission. His litigation efforts have produced meaningful results, including a $1.9 million settlement in a drunk driving case and a $1 million settlement in a motor vehicle matter. These results reflect his persistence in advocating for those injured through negligence.

Michael J. Rosnick continues to dedicate his career to protecting clients’ rights in injury and compensation cases, combining broad experience with a commitment to achieving favorable results. He has been consistently acknowledged for professional excellence. Between 2008 and 2012, he was selected as a “Rising Star” in personal injury law. He was further recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association, which listed him among the “Top 40 under 40” in 2012 and 2013 and as part of its “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” from 2013 to 2019.
