Michael J. O’Shea

Michael J. O’Shea is the principal and owner of Lipson O’Shea Legal Group in the Cleveland area of Ohio. His practice covers criminal defense, particularly DUI, OVI, and traffic cases, along with personal injury, domestic relations, and litigation involving small and medium-sized businesses. He has also handled lead paint poisoning claims. His experience combines representing private clients with serving as a prosecutor in criminal and traffic matters.

Michael earned a B.A. from Miami University in Ohio in 1984 and a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1987.
