Michael Carin

Michael Carin is an Attorney at Law at Mancini Law Group P.C., who exclusively represents plaintiffs in personal injury law matters. He joined the law firm in January 2018, bringing courtroom experience and a client-focused approach to injury litigation. His practice includes automobile accidents, premises liability claims, and other serious injury cases involving negligence. Before joining the firm, he worked at two plaintiff-side personal injury firms, gaining experience in trials, arbitrations, settlements, and contested insurance matters.

Michael earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton. His legal, business, and political science education supports his work evaluating injury claims, developing litigation strategies, understanding financial issues, and presenting client interests during negotiations, arbitration proceedings, and trials.

Michael has achieved results in jury trials, Cook County arbitrations, and American Arbitration Association proceedings. He has also resolved numerous cases through settlement before litigation became necessary. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted before the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. His professional memberships include the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the AAJ Interstate Trucking Litigation Group.
