Michael C. Hunter is a criminal defense lawyer and the founder of Michael C. Hunter, Attorney at Law, LLC. For more than a decade, he has focused his practice only on criminal defense. He represents clients in Johnson County, Kansas, and the Kansas City metro area, including cases that cross into Johnson County, Missouri. His practice handles both misdemeanor and felony charges. Michael works closely with each client, helping them understand the legal process and building strong defense strategies to protect their rights.

Michael earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS. Before attending law school, he completed his B.A. at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. His legal education gave him a strong foundation in criminal law, courtroom procedure, and legal research.
