Michael A. Slavin has devoted over 28 years exclusively to patent and trademark law, providing skilled representation to clients around the world. Michael earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 before pursuing his Juris Doctorate in 1989. His academic foundation in engineering supports his strong analytical approach to complex patent matters. Licensed by the U.S. Patent Bar in 1988 (Reg. No. 34,016), he holds admissions in the Illinois Bar (1989; Reg. No. 6202313) and the Florida Bar (1992; Reg. No. 918474). He is also registered before the Canadian Patent Office (Reg. No. 4161), and admitted to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts, several U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court (2009).
