Jennifer Giordano-Coltart

Jennifer Giordano-Coltart is a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and an experienced patent attorney focusing on intellectual property law in the life sciences. She counsels clients ranging from start-ups to global corporations on patent prosecution, portfolio management, and IP strategy. Jennifer earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences with honors from the University of Alberta, her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Cornell University, and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, representing clients in post-grant proceedings and related matters.
