Melissa Bobrow

Melissa Bobrow is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with over 15 years of courtroom experience in both federal and state courts throughout Southern California. She began her career under Dean Steward in Orange County, where she worked on high-profile and death penalty cases and authored appeals to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Melissa earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2009. She is also licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.

Throughout her career, Melissa has secured not guilty verdicts, case dismissals, and favorable resolutions both pre-trial and during trial. She is recognized for her expertise in pre-charge litigation, successfully assisting individuals and corporations in avoiding prosecution altogether through strategic negotiation and thorough investigation.

In addition to her litigation skills, Melissa holds leadership roles in several professional associations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and actively contributes to its White Collar, 4th Amendment, and Strategic Litigation Committees.
