Meghan A. Van Vynckt

Meghan A. Van Vynckt is a compassionate and accomplished attorney at Cordes Law, focusing her legal practice on family law, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor matters. Meghan earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. She obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Charlotte School of Law in 2015.

Meghan represents clients in a wide range of family law issues, including separation, divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child custody, child support, and both pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Her approach balances professionalism with personal attention, helping clients understand their legal rights and options while working toward the most favorable outcome. Admitted to practice in North Carolina, Meghan is active in both the Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. Her leadership includes prior roles on CLE and Law & Society committees, as well as volunteer service with the Council for Children’s Rights. She is a 2022 graduate of the Mecklenburg County Bar Leadership Institute and a former board member of Women Lawyers of Charlotte.
