David L. Neale is a founding and co-managing partner at Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P. (LNBY&G), where he focuses on resolving highly complex legal matters through both litigation and negotiation. With a practice grounded in bankruptcy and reorganization law, David represents clients in matters involving pension disputes, municipal finance, securities, real estate, entertainment, and constitutional issues. He has argued numerous high-stakes appeals and played a leading role in the confirmation of multiple Chapter 11 plans of reorganization.

David earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Princeton University and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

David is admitted to practice in California and New York and is known for his aggressive yet thoughtful approach to litigation.
