Megan Carranza

Megan Carranza is the founding attorney of Carranza Immigration Law, PLLC, a firm devoted entirely to U.S. immigration and nationality law. Licensed in North Dakota, Megan established her firm in 2023 with the vision of delivering high-quality legal support to individuals and families navigating the complex U.S. immigration system.

Megan holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she built the academic foundation for her focused legal career. She graduated from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University, majoring in Spanish and minoring in Latino/Latin American Studies. During her undergraduate studies, Megan expanded her understanding of Latin American culture and language by studying abroad in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Spain.

Megan began working in immigration law in 2005 as a paralegal. Over nearly two decades, she developed deep experience in the field, which she now applies as an attorney to assist individuals in a wide range of immigration matters. Her legal practice includes assistance with family-based immigration, naturalization, waivers, humanitarian relief, and other visa-related services.
