Danielle Beach-Oswald is the Managing Partner of Beach-Oswald Immigration Law Associates, PC, where she brings over 25 years of experience in immigration law. Her practice spans humanitarian, family-based, and employment-based immigration, and she has successfully represented clients from more than 80 countries in matters involving asylum, waivers, consular processing, and removal defense.
Ms. Beach-Oswald earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. She also holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loma Linda University. Her international education includes studies at Newbold College in England, further enriching her global legal perspective.
Throughout her career, Ms. Beach-Oswald has successfully litigated more than 1,000 humanitarian immigration cases in U.S. immigration and federal courts. She has extensive experience working with expert witnesses on PTSD, forced marriage, human trafficking, and complex country-conditions and political issues. Her practice focuses on protecting vulnerable immigrants, including survivors of torture, domestic violence, and other serious human rights abuses.
Ms. Beach-Oswald is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple U.S. District and Circuit Courts, and immigration courts nationwide. She also holds leadership roles in key professional organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the DC Women’s Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Fluent in French and experienced with international legal systems, Danielle Beach-Oswald is widely respected for her dedication to justice, advocacy for vulnerable populations, and depth of legal expertise.
