McLean Thompson Kerver

McLean Thompson Kerver is an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and wealth transfer strategies. McLean earned her J.D. from the University of South Dakota Law School in 2010 after completing her MBA there in 2004. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Further expanding her legal knowledge, she attended Cornell Law School’s Paris Summer Institute at the University of Paris, Sorbonne, in 2008. Since joining Lynn Jackson in 2010, she has built a strong reputation for her estate and business planning work.

Throughout her career, McLean has worked with hundreds of individual and trust company clients, helping them efficiently manage estates of all sizes. She provides essential legal counsel to fiduciaries, ensuring proper administration of trusts and estates, from straightforward cases to those involving multi-million-dollar assets.
