About
Max Ciolino has built his career on supporting individuals and families as they face difficult decisions surrounding estate planning and probate. His approach centers on bringing comfort, clarity, and calm during times of loss, aging, and transition. By guiding clients through these sensitive legal processes, he helps them secure peace of mind for the future.
Max began his academic journey at Loyola University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2011. His studies included Sociology and Political Science, complemented by a minor in African and African American studies. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, completing a Master of Science in Education degree in 2012 with a focus on Education Policy. In 2015, he graduated from Tulane Law School with a Juris Doctor, also earning a certificate in Environmental Law.
During his years of study, Max was deeply engaged in service and leadership. He participated in student governance and contributed to nonprofit organizations focused on education and community well-being. His community service included tutoring and assisting in public schools in both New Orleans and West Philadelphia, where he worked with students ranging from six to eighteen years old. He also played a role in local beautification efforts aimed at reducing waste and improving sustainable practices.
Max’s practice today focuses primarily on estate planning and succession. In estate planning, he helps clients assess family roles, assets, and responsibilities, ensuring that their wishes are carried out with care and precision. When guiding families through probate matters, he handles creditor concerns, estate administration, and succession procedures, easing the burden on loved ones so they can concentrate on healing and support.
Max Ciolino continues to dedicate his career to helping families move through complex legal issues with confidence, compassion, and security. His contributions to the legal profession have been recognized with multiple honors, including being named to Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021 through 2024.
