Macayla Nicolaison is an Equity Partner at Anchor Legal Group, PLLC, where she advises businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and individuals on complex legal needs. Macayla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Liberty University, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. Before entering the legal profession, she built extensive business experience as a technical writer, sales manager, financial services professional, and small business owner. This diverse background gives her unique insight into corporate operations, financial planning, and asset protection.

Throughout her career, Macayla has helped organizations navigate formation, compliance, and growth strategies while assisting individuals and families with estate planning solutions. Her work includes advising nonprofit organizations and churches on corporate law and protecting their rights to religious freedom.
