Matthew Wade

Matthew Wade is an Oklahoma personal injury attorney who represents people harmed by negligence and unsafe conduct. His practice includes automobile and truck accidents, product liability, insurance disputes, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, brain injuries, construction accidents, dog bites, and medical malpractice. Drawing on his knowledge of insurance claim practices, he evaluates liability, damages, and coverage issues while helping injured clients pursue fair compensation through negotiation or trial.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University in 1999. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005, where he was named an Outstanding Pupil of the Holloway American Inn of Court. His accounting education supports his ability to assess financial records and damages, while his legal training prepared him to handle complex injury and insurance matters.

Matthew spent more than seven years as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance before moving into plaintiff-side personal injury practice in 2014. He has served as a managing attorney since 2022. His case experience includes defective product claims, multi-vehicle truck collisions, and injuries caused by an intoxicated oil field employee. He has used expert testimony, technical evidence, negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation to represent clients facing serious and lasting injuries.

Matthew Wade is admitted to all Oklahoma state trial and appellate courts and the federal district courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He was selected to Super Lawyers from 2021 through 2026. He also teaches as an adjunct professor in the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s Department of Paralegal Studies and holds leadership and membership roles in state and national bar and trial lawyer organizations.
