Ben Baker

Ben Baker is a founding partner, advocate, and trial attorney at Red Dirt Legal, PLLC. Working from the firm’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices, he represents individuals and families in insurance disputes, personal injury claims, civil litigation, and property matters. Ben helps clients face difficult legal challenges involving insurers, corporations, and other powerful opposing parties. Ben graduated from Texas A&M University before earning his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. His path to legal practice also included substantial experience in agriculture, farming, and cattle operations. He later developed corporate leadership experience, adding a business perspective to his legal training. This varied background helps Ben relate to clients from different walks of life, evaluate disputes practically, and explain legal options in language that clients can understand.
