Matthew W. Bixler

Matthew W. Bixler is a highly regarded Tulare County attorney focusing on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business formation, and real estate law. Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, also studying business law at Pepperdine’s London campus. He earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 1996, where he served as President of the Federalist Society, editor of the law school newspaper, and a moot court participant. That same year, he was admitted to the California Bar.

A committed member of the legal community, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for the Tulare County Bar Association and is an officer and director of the Tulare-Kings County Estate Planning Council, where he previously served as President. He is also a former President of the Tulare County Young Lawyers’ Association, reflecting his leadership and dedication to professional development within the legal field.

He has held leadership roles as Board President of Able Industries, board member for Tulare County Hospice, and board member of the Visalia Rotary Club.
