Judith earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and holds a Bachelor’s from San Diego State University. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982 and is also admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the District of Arizona. Certified by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization, she has achieved recognition as a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, a distinction held by few attorneys statewide.

Before dedicating her practice exclusively to bankruptcy law in 1993, Judith spent a decade handling complex business and real estate litigation.
