Matthew R. Lindblom is a Member in the Louisville office of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, where he handles complex commercial and financial disputes. His practice includes business law, banking litigation, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, foreclosures, debt collection, and small business services. He represents lenders and borrowers in commercial collection matters, guaranty disputes, and foreclosure proceedings. His work extends to contractual and property disputes involving businesses and individuals.

Matthew earned a B.M. in classical guitar performance from Indiana University. He later received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During law school, he served as Senior Articles Editor of the Brandeis Law Journal and participated on the National Moot Court Team.

Matthew represents creditors, debtors, lenders, and businesses in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes insolvency disputes, bankruptcy discharge challenges, personal guaranty enforcement and defense, commercial foreclosures, and contested debt collection issues. He has obtained dismissals and favorable resolutions in substantial bankruptcy claims and represented secured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings. His small business work includes helping companies strengthen customer, client, and supplier contracts. He contributes to the firm’s internal technology group, which develops tools and processes supporting legal service delivery.

Matthew R. Lindblom is admitted in Kentucky and Indiana and before federal district and bankruptcy courts in both states. His professional memberships include the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He has received recognition from Best Lawyers in America and Kentucky Super Lawyers for bankruptcy and commercial litigation work. His community service has included leadership with the Fund for the Arts and participation in financial education programs.
