Christopher N. Coyle is a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney who represents individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. Christopher has handled significant bankruptcy disputes and restructuring matters for both debtors and creditors. His representative work includes helping an individual debtor address nearly $1 million in income tax obligations through strategically filed bankruptcy cases and representing a Chapter 11 debtor under Subchapter V with substantial unpaid tax debt. He has also obtained sanctions, dismissals, and refiling bars in bad-faith bankruptcy matters and has represented creditors seeking improved repayment terms in bankruptcy proceedings.

Christopher N. Coyle is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, the United States Tax Court, federal district courts in Oregon and Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been selected for Oregon Super Lawyers in Bankruptcy: Consumer from 2023 through 2026 and previously as a Rising Star from 2013 through 2021. He also chairs the Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms Committee and regularly writes and speaks on bankruptcy, tax, and debtor-creditor issues.
