Matthew Benson

Matthew Benson is a skilled attorney practicing civil litigation, criminal defense, divorce, and family law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014. Admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2015, Matthew is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Matthew began his legal career as a law clerk with the United States Department of Justice, assisting in prosecuting federal crimes with the United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas. Following his clerkship, he joined the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, gaining extensive courtroom experience handling criminal cases.

In 2016, Matthew transitioned to private practice, focusing on domestic and criminal law. His practice areas include civil litigation, criminal defense, divorce, and family law.
