David A.Torres

David A. Torres is an AV Preeminent-rated criminal defense attorney with over 35 years of experience in state and federal law. A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law in 1988, he holds a Juris Doctor. He has argued successfully before the California Supreme Court, including the landmark case Cowan vs. Superior Court.

As a prolific trial lawyer, David has tried over 185 felony cases to verdict. His practice areas include defending clients against charges such as DUI, domestic violence, narcotics trafficking, sex crimes, white-collar crimes, conspiracy, and terrorism.
